What’s the Process?
All we need is a job description, a salary range and a brief call with the hiring managing to kick off the recruiting process. Getting a better understanding of role, company culture and the opportunity are key selling points in recruiting for any role.
Briefing
Based on the briefing, a broad search of potential candidates are scanned, contacted, screened and a short list of top contenders is developed. While this is the most time consuming portion of the process, it’s what creates a strong list of candidates.
Sourcing
A narrow list of candidates are presented with experience and skill notes, professional links, desired salary requirements and onsite, hybrid or remote work policy preferences.
