Tips for Filling Out the Candidate Bio
The Candidate Bio has been designed to be simple and efficient. By using mostly checkboxes and single line inputs, it should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. While you may be eager to check every box, consider your value and where that is best represented to help best identify the right opportunities for you.

Selecting the industry sectors, career experience, skill set categories, and tools that you are proficient in will help us find the right career opportunities for you. Selecting everything will not help you get more opportunities, it might actually have the opposite effect.

While we all want the most compensation possible, keeping your salary range spread between 25-40% (Example: $75,000 - $93,750 or $75,000 - $105,000) will help you be competitive. Anything larger or smaller, will not show confidence in your value.
